We have already been able to discover the contents of the 30166 Robin and Redbird Cycle polybag but a photo of the "real" bags is always interesting.
It is FBTB which publishes this photograph of the polybag in question obtained during a purchase in a store of the brand Toys R Us in Canada.
This bag should arrive on eBay or Bricklink quickly. No info on its availability in France for the moment.
A little Star Wars all the same with this superb bust of soldier of the Royal Guard in the service of Palpatine proposed by Omar Ovalle. We are in the simplicity, some would say too much, but with few parts, the character takes shape and becomes instantly recognizable.
These silhouettes dressed in red with a look both mysterious and disturbing made their first appearance in theEpisode VI: Return of the Jedi. They are subsequently found in the Episodes II and III from the Star Wars saga.
LEGO has produced two different minifigs of these guards (in 2001 and 2008) and we find the version with black hands in the set that we are talking about a lot now because of promotion: 10188 Death Star.
Other creations to discover on the flickr gallery by Omar Ovalle.
If you have some time this weekend and you are in the Rennes region, here is a fun interlude that should satisfy you: The French Eczema Association co-organizes with Cyril alias DURGE a LEGO exhibition on June 22 and 23 at the cultural center of Bréal-sous-Monfort, about fifteen km from Rennes.
On the program, many exhibitors with various themes: City, Space Classic, Star Wars, Technic, etc. .. a construction workshop and even a raffle.
Do not miss the opportunity to share your passion and take the opportunity to learn about the missions of the association. Eczema is a chronic disease that affects nearly 18% of children. The French Eczema Association supports patients, informs them, listens to them and is actively involved in research.
By going to this exhibition, you too will participate in the fight against this disease which disrupts the daily life of nearly 2.000.000 people in France.
The exhibition takes place on Saturday 22 (10:30 am - 19:00 pm) and Sunday June 23 (10:00 am - 17:00 pm). The price of the entrance ticket is fixed at 2 €.
To find out more about the association, visit his website or his facebook page.
It's signed and Marvel officially announces it: Robert Downey Jr. will return to play Tony Stark in the two planned sequels of the Avengers saga.
The big money issues are now resolved, so we will have the pleasure to see Robert Downey Jr. in the armor of Iron Man and obviously get some additional minifigs from the actor. Two films are signed: Avengers 2 and Avengers 3.
Avengers 2, slated for release on March 1, 2015, will be directed as the debut opus by Joss Whedon.
It's not to displease me, continuity is important when it comes to characters that we get used to over the course of the different films. Robert Downey Jr. is Tony Stark, he managed to make the character his own and win over many fans, including yours truly.
See the official announcement on marvel.com: Robert Downey Jr. To Return As Marvel's Iron Man
There is a set I'm looking forward to this year, it's the benchmark 75025 Jedi Defender-Class Cruiser (927 pieces, 4 minifigs).
And while I'm not a huge fan of the Star Wars: The Old Republic game, I can't wait to get my hands on this ship and the minifigs that come with it (A Sith Warrior (Darth Marr), Jedi Knight (Kao Cen Darach), Jedi Consular and sith trooper).
David Hall aka legoboy12345678 alias Solid Brix Studios offers us a video review of this set which allows us to discover it from every angle and which will have convinced me ...
This set is not yet listed on the French LEGO Shop, it is available on the German lego shop for 99.99 € and it is displayed at 89.90 $ on the LEGO Shop US with an availability date set for August 1, 2013.
