LEGO contest ... at Auchan, but beware!

An initiative a priori nice on the part ofauchan.fr which organizes from November 11 to 13 a big LEGO competition whose participation methods are ultra-simple or almost as indicated in the banner above:

You must place an order of at least € 50 of LEGO products (excluding shipping costs) on the site auchan.fr to be automatically entered in the draw which will designate 10 winners.

These winners will receive a complete collection of sets from the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes range including the sets 6866 Wolverine's Chopper Showdown, 6867 Loki's Cosmic Cube Escape, 6868 Hulk's Helicarrier Breakout, 6869 Quinjet Aerial Battle, 76004 Spider-Man Spider-Cycle Chase, 76005 Spider-Man Daily Bugle Showdown, 76006 Iron Man Extremis Sea Port Battle, 76007 Iron Man Malibu Mansion Attack et 76008 Iron Man vs. The Mandarin Ultimate Showdown.

But beware, there is a problem: the operation regulations which are in pdf format at this address contains a strange mention in the paragraph 3.1 Terms of the game about the obligation to order at least one Nerf product to be in the running for the raffle when the promotional banner indicates that you must order for € 50 of LEGO products.

Either it is a rule already used for a previous operation which has not been modified correctly, or the banner displayed on the first page is clearly misleading and if you trust it, you have no chance of being selected for the draw. Not cool, auchan ...
