To celebrate the blog's launch, I really enjoyed myself with this t-shirt which is the closest thing to the domain name, the "s"Of Bricks in less.
I would have preferred a LEGO Dino instead of the minifig, but hey, I'll just go with it.
If you find any LEGO / Jurassic Park themed t-shirts, feel free to send me your links in the comments.
The one above cost me $ 20 + $ 8.99 shipping (a bit expensive for my taste) at this address.
The posting by Universal of the teaser of the trailer (!) Of the film Jurassic World expected for June 2015 is also an opportunity to launch Jurassic Bricks.
LEGO is set to release a few sets based on the film (Five according to the latest rumors) and fans of the Jurassic Park universe are obviously very excited to see what the manufacturer has in store. The news promises to be rich in the weeks and months to come ...
Do we have two creatures from the upcoming LEGO Jurassic World line before our eyes? Perhaps if we consider that these images come from Taobao, a Chinese equivalent of eBay, and that the sellers of these bugs clearly indicate in their advertisements that these products are indeed unreleased versions "leaked"planned for 2015 ...
Above, a T-Rex using the same mold as that of the Dino 2012 range (5886 T-Rex Hunter & 5887 Dino Defense HQ) but with different pad printing.
Below it may be the Diabolus Rex from the movie or D-Rex, a mutant species created by man ...
For you to judge, the ads of Chinese sellers can be found at this address for the T-Rex and this address for the D-Rex.
As a bonus, other models which will also populate the boxes of the Jurassic World 2015 range. Same molds as those of the Dino 2012 range with different pad prints.
The possibility of a video game based on the Jurassic Park / World license has been confirmed last september. And the image above obviously confirms that a game is indeed in development.
This is a capture from the end credits of the LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham video game and the message is clear ...
Everything is accompanied by the main musical theme of the Jurassic Park saga.
We can therefore also conclude that the studio in charge of the development of the game is indeed the historical partner of LEGO in this field: TT Games.
I remind you that LEGO should offer five sets to accompany the theatrical release of the Jurassic World movie in June 2015.
(Special thanks GeeKsy via Twitter)
Universal and LEGO have formalized their commercial partnership around the Jurassic World license with several sets inspired by the eponymous film which is slated for theatrical release in June 2015.
The range of sets developed by LEGO for the occasion will be available from May 2015. The latest rumors to date evoke five boxes and a video game around this universe.
No details in the press release that you will find in PDF format at this address as to the content of the boxes provided.
