Oops, the dumpling ... A German merchant has uploaded the images that should not be uploaded, and this is the opportunity to take a full look at the DC Comics minifigs expected in the five sets planned for 2015 and all stamped with the logo "Justice League".
We can discuss the "parts" content of these boxes, but we must recognize that on the side of minifigs, it is a well-supplied wave that LEGO is preparing for us ...
(These images are preliminary visuals, so some new characters have been replaced with existing minifigs)
76025 Green Lantern vs. sinestro
76026 Gorilla Grodd Goes Bananas
76027 Black Manta Deep Sea Strike
|
76028 Darkseid Invasion
76040 Brainiac Attack
|
Stop damaging your eyes with the bad photos in the visual above posted on Reddit, flickr, Eurobricks and company ...
I have found the original version of the double-page spread created by LEGO in honor of the characters seen in the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes video game present in the magazine that Marvel is offering this month in the United States to celebrate its 75th anniversary.
We find here 77 characters from the Marvel universe, some of which are already available in minifig version and others that we hope to see one day arrive in our collections ...
This poster, designed by Paul Lee alias polyva, author of numerous LEGO Super Heroes comics, is available in high resolution (3174 x 2135) on my flickr gallery.
The LEGO catalog for retailers is available and those who have had access to the visuals (mostly preliminary) it contains report many details on the sets expected for January 2015 which will be stamped "Justice League"(logo on the box).
I offer below a summary of the information available on Eurobricks.
76026 Gorilla Grodd Goes Bananas : Gorilla Grodd is a bigfig. This set contains theInvisible Jet piloted by Wonder Woman, a mech / exoskeleton for Batman, Captain Cold and Flash.
76027 Black Manta Deep Sea Strike : This box contains a Bat-Sub, a shark, another underwater craft for Black Manta, Robin and Aquaman.
76028 Darkseid Invasion : This box contains a ship which should be the Javelin of the Justice League. Superman, Cyborg and Hawkman are in this set with a pilot for the Javelin.
76040 Brainiac Attack : Brainiac, Superman, Martian Manhunter, Supergirl and a module for Brainiac identical to the one seen on the cover of the game LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham.
It seems like the list of DC Comics sets planned for 2015 unveiled a few days ago was not quite complete: If we are to believe a comment posted at Brickset, the set 76040 Brainiac Attack should join the four other boxes planned for January 2015.
The person who describes this set, and who has probably had access to the retailer catalog which presents the preliminary visuals of the novelties, announces a spaceship in the shape of a flying saucer (the one from the LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham video game visible above?), and four minifigs: Superman, Supergirl, Martian Manhunter and Brainiac.
I remind you that all this information is to be taken conditional while waiting for official confirmation from the manufacturer or visuals, even preliminary, of the boxes concerned.
Here is a list published by Idle Hands published last August 10 but gone unnoticed so far and relayed by Brickset of the four LEGO DC Comics sets expected in early 2015, including the set 76025 Green Lantern vs. Sinestro that we already know.
The other three sets give pride of place to the super-villains and should logically contain their usual enemies: Flash for set 76026 against Gorilla Grodd, Aquaman (and why not Green Arrow) in set 76027 against Black Manta and Superman in the set 76028 against Darkseid (possibly accompanied by Brainiac, his partner in the fight against Justice League).
These are obviously only guesses based on the history of the characters through the accounts and animated series available. But it seems that the Justice League in New 52 version will gradually expand ...
Below, Gorilla Grodd and Black Manta in their respective virtual version which will be featured in the LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham video game. There is no guarantee at this time that these versions will be those of sets 76026 and 76027.
This list is obviously to be taken with a grain of salt pending confirmation by LEGO.
