By the way, I note that the publisher of the magazine clearly indicates that it is an "original" minifigure. These days, it's fair game.

After the publications LEGO Friends, Nexo Knights, Ninjago, Star Wars, and coming soon The LEGO Batman Movie, here is the first issue of the new LEGO magazine based on the City range.

The mechanics are the same as for all other media of the same type: a few games, comics, a lot of advertising for the products of the range concerned, two posters and a small "gift".

With this first issue, two minifigs are provided, a police captain and a bandit. I do not think these two minifigs are exclusive and new, but the specialists of this range will confirm it to us.

You still have to pay € 6.50 to afford this glossy advertisement accompanied by the two characters. It's expensive, especially when you notice that the cheapest sets in the City range, like the references 60135 ATV Stop ou 60126 Tire Escape  are sold for 5.99 € with two minifigs and around forty parts that allow you to assemble a vehicle.

It's confirmed, the first issue of the official The LEGO Batman Movie magazine, published by DIPA Youth, will be available from February 10 at your newsagent.

Inside, content intended for the youngest with, among other things, two comics and two posters.

As a gift with this first issue, a minifig of Batman (again him ...) with not one, but two batarangs. As usual with this type of product, it is especially the bag (ref. 211701) that will become a collector ...

Even if we already know that the N ° 2 of this magazine will allow us to obtain a minifigure of the Joker, there is no guarantee that we will be entitled to a minifigure with each number. There will probably be a few minis Bat-things in the lot.

It has already been said, the minifig in question is not exclusive. It is identical to that delivered in the sets 75084 Wookie Gunship (2015) et 75141 Kanan's Speeder Bike (2016)

Still missed for those who secretly hoped to obtain inside the bag a version of the character with pad printing of the face and black hair initially seen in some copies of the set 75053 The Ghost and later modified so that the minifig really looks like the hero of the Star Wars Rebels animated series.

If the boxes in set 75053 have been modified to reflect this color change, the official visuals of the set  present on the LEGO Shop have never been updated.

Will the Kanan Jarrus minifig offered with the January 2017 issue of the official LEGO Star Wars magazine (# 19) be an exception? The following issue, that of February 2017 (N ° 20), will allow us to obtain a new micro-construction: A compact version, which also seems very successful, of the Ghost, the ship seen in the animated series Star Wars Rebels .
