LEGO Star Wars Magazine N ° 15 (September 2016): AT-AT

The LEGO mini-set offered with issue 15 (September 2016) of the official LEGO Star Wars magazine is revealed: It will be a 48-piece AT-AT, which, unless I am mistaken, is new.

This will therefore be the 15th bag offered with this magazine intended for the youngest, with in the lot a few new models, a few uninteresting models and some rare good surprises.

In August, with number 14, we will have to be content with Yoda's micro-hut.

LEGO Star Wars Magazine N ° 14 (August 2016): Yoda's Hut

After a 26-piece Tie Bomber of no great interest delivered with the July issue (No.13) of the official LEGO Star Wars magazine, August promises to be (barely) more interesting with a micro "cabin" from Yoda offered with the N ° 14.

If I'm not mistaken, I can't find any trace of this cabin among the micro things delivered in the various LEGO Star Wars Advent calendars released so far. This model which roughly reproduces Yoda's hut on Dagobah is therefore truly exclusive to the magazine.

The n ° 13 of this magazine intended for the youngest is currently available on newsstands.

Another subject I would like to hear from you: New magazines (in English) around the latest news on LEGO products are available and I am curious to know who among you regularly reads these publications.

These magazines are not available on newsstands with us and you have to go through the publisher's site to obtain them. From what I have read here or there, they are generally of excellent quality and the readers seem satisfied. Only problem, they are in English.

Four paper publications are distributed: Blocks, Bricks and its variation Bricks Culture, and the "historical" magazine BrickJournal.

Do you subscribe to one or more of these magazines? Do you buy punctually the copies whose summary interests you? Would you be ready to subscribe to a similar publication but in French?

I await your opinions and comments on this subject.

LEGO Star Wars Magazine - Issue # 13 July 2016 - Tie Bomber

After the pleasant surprise of N ° 12, a rather successful version of the Acklay of Geonosis, back to the good old ships with the July issue of the official LEGO Star Wars magazine.

It is therefore an "exclusive" Tie Bomber, a simplified version of the one seen in the set "Planet" 75008 Tie Bomber & Asteroid Field released in 2013 which will accompany the next issue. Okay.

The n ° 12 of this magazine intended for the youngest is currently available on newsstands.

lego star wars magazine acklay geonosis exclusive 2016

The June 2016 issue (No.12) of the official LEGO Star Wars magazine has a nice surprise in store for us.

No, it's not a minifig, but it's a LEGO version of the Acklay, the big critter seen in the Petranaki arena on Geonosis (Episode II - Attack of the Clones) and we will therefore be entitled to a real new and exclusive gift with this magazine.

We can discuss the finish of the thing, but we will probably all agree that a little freshness in the long list of mini-tricks offered with this LEGO Star Wars magazine is always welcome ...

If the publisher of this magazine could follow up with a Reek and a Nexu in a LEGO version, just to complete the bestiary ...

While waiting for the month of June, I remind you that number 11 (May 2016) is coming out in the coming days and that it is accompanied of an AAT rather successful (assembly instructions below or in high resolution on my flickr gallery).
