LEGO Marvel Super Heroes

I can't wait for this game to be released, so that we can play it, but also move on ...

So, on the menu: An article in McDo magazine (Accessible in pdf format here or on the image below), and an article published by Metro.co.uk in which Arthur Parsons, the Game Manager of the game, reveals that the number of characters present has increased significantly lately: There will be much more than the 100 characters initially planned.

One of the explanations put forward to justify the inflation suffered by the game in terms of superheroes of all kinds is the desire to keep the game at the heart of the Marvel news: By integrating in advance characters from the next Marvel licensed movies like Thor (2) : The Dark World (In theaters October 30, 2013) or Captain America (2): The Winter Soldier (Released in theaters April 2, 2014), the developers are ensuring that the game will remain "relevant" for the next 12 months.

Parsons also responds to the many bugs that usually dot LEGO games, and confirms having had more time and budget on LEGO Marvel Super Heroes than on previous games developed by TT Games for LEGO, this time bonus allowing for a bit of tweaking. more than usual the game and solve many bugs still present at this stage of development (camera positioning, artificial intelligence bugs, etc.).

Metro.co.uk also publishes in its article a list, necessarily non-exhaustive, of the "confirmed" characters of the game:

Abomination, Acolytes, Archangel, Arnim Zola, Beast, Black Widow, Blob, Captain America, Captain Britain, Colossus, Cyclops, Daredevil, Deadpool, Destroyer, Doctor Doom, Doctor Octopus, Doctor Strange, Elektra, Extremis Soldier, Frost Giant, Galactus , Gambit, Ghost Rider, Green Goblin, Ultimate Green Goblin, Hawkeye, Classic Hawkeye, Heimdall, HERBIE, Howard the Duck, The Hulk, Bruce Banner, Human Torch, HYDRA Agent, Iceman, Invisible Woman, Iron Man Mark I Armor, Iron Man Mark VI Armor, Iron Man Hulkbuster Armor, Tony Stark, J. Jonah Jameson, Jean Gray, Phoenix, Juggernaut, Kingpin, Leader, Lizard, Curt Connors, Loki, Magneto, Malekith the Accursed, Maria Hill, Mr Fantastic, Ms Marvel , Mysterio, Mystique, Nick Fury, Phil Coulson, Professor Xavier, The Punisher, Red Hulk, General Thunderbolt Ross, Rhino, Rocket Raccoon, Roxxon Guard, Sabretooth, Sandman, Sentinel, Silver Surfer, Silver Samurai, Spider-Man, Spider- Woman, Squirrel Girl, Stan Lee, Storm, Super-Skrull, The Thing, Thor, Venom, Viper, Vulture, War Machine, and Wolverine.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Stan Lee Trailer

Another trailer for the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes game, this time with an appearance by Grandmaster Stan Lee.

On the purely technical aspect of the game, we will retain the statement of Arthur Parsons, the Game Manager Of the thing, about the versions XBOX One and PS4: The game will not undergo any loading time and the transitions between the levels will be transparent for the player thanks to the use of the hard disk or the flash memory integrated in these consoles.

The game will therefore be available on both new generation consoles, in full HD (1080p) with unprecedented graphic effects made possible by the power of these new consoles and which will not be present on the other versions of the game.

LEGO® Marvel ™ Super Heroes Gamescom trailer

Gameplay, action, frankly superbly reproduced locations, super-good guys and super-villains: Here is the new trailer released by Marvel for GamesCom 2013.

I trust LEGO, Marvel and TT Games to offer us a game articulated around an interesting plot that will earn us a proper editing with in the end a film "LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Unite: The Movie"accompanied by an exclusive minifig, as was the case for the LEGO Batman 2 video game whose cinematic sequences were edited to produce the film" LEGO Batman The Movie: DC Super Heroes Unite "delivered with an excellent Clark Kent (Click here).

To be honest with you, I don't have a lot of hope for converting the dozens of new characters in the game to ABS plastic, but I cling to the idea that at least one of them will join my collection. with the purchase of the Blu-ray / DVD version ...
