Looks like LEGO's latest designs for its LEGOLAND theme parks are being emulated. (See photo galleries in the right menu)
More and more MOC builders are embarking on creations using this same "Miniland Scale" format for characters, and this Scout Trooper with his Speeder Bike offered by MDSWIM is a beautiful illustration of this.
I'm not necessarily a fan of this format, because it is often difficult to recognize the reproduced character, but in this specific case, no doubt: This Scout Trooper is simply extremely well done. At first glance we recognize the machine and the character.
The level of detail is excellent, and the proportions of the machine are really respected.
