New for 2024 exclusive to the LEGO House in Billund: 40505 LEGO Building System

LEGO today unveils a set that will be available from March 1, 2024 only on the shelves of the Store installed in the heart of the LEGO House in Billund: the reference 40505 LEGO Building System.

This box, the 5th in the collection of sets which pays homage to the emblematic products of the LEGO brand, features three universes with the DUPLO train dating from the 80s, the range Town Map with its constructions with red roofs launched in 1955 and a miniature version of the colorful LEGO Technic chassis delivered in 1977 in the set bearing the reference 853 Car Chassis.
At the back of the construction presented in front of a gray wall which embodies the staging visible in the space dedicated to the different LEGO universes of the LEGO House in Billund, we find 19 emblematic nano-constructions installed in niches as well as a space left voluntarily empty by the manufacturer which will allow buyers of this box to add their favorite model.

For those who are wondering about the presence of the number 5 on the box: this set is the fifth element of what we can now call the "LEGO House Collection" after references 40501 The Wooden Duck (2020) 40502 The Brick Molding Machine (2021) 40503 Dagny Holm - Master Builder (2022) et 40504 A Minifigure Tribute (2023), all limited edition.

Public price of the set: 699 DKK or approximately €94. This product is not available anywhere other than the Billund Store, so you will have to contact secondary market resellers to obtain it if you do not want to make the trip.
