It is no longer worth presenting this talented MOCeur really inspired by the universe of Lord of the Rings, and they are currently not very numerous to offer creations on this theme. This should surely change with the official release of the range which will allow MOCeurs to stage the long-awaited minifigs ...
Blake's Baericks presents today a successful scene, which is full of details and finds to make it simply epic: This Nazgal ( ringwraith,Ulairi et Black rider) and its mount, commonly called Fell Beast ( Black wings, The Winged Messenger, winged Nazgal, Winged Steeds, Wraiths on Wings, Fell Rider of the Air et Black Rider of the Air) sits on its base amid the ragged corpses and dismembered minifigs. Moreover on MOC, Blake's Baericks really dismembered the minifig shameless ...
You absolutely have to go to Blake's Baericks flickr gallery where you can zoom in at will on the different views it offers ...
Well, we are not going to hide the face, it is very very heavy which awaits us for the end of April 2012. Of the superheroes by buckets, of the breakage and the destruction in the chain, of the dialogues well felt, of the super villains a la Transformers, and Iron Man, my hero ....
LEGO continues to regularly release packs of magnets, stuck on their support, and several sellers, American and German, already offer on eBay this new pack (reference 853431) containing Batman, Robin and the Joker.
The prices range from 16.95 € + 6.00 € shipping at this german seller, at 23.09 € + 22.34 € shipping at this american seller...
The minifig of Batman (sh016) that can be obtained in sets 6863 Batwing Battle Over Gotham City et 6864 Batmobile and the Two-Face Chase is on sale for just over 7.50 € on Bricklink.
Le red robin (sh011) from set 6860 The Batcave is sold at the cheapest for 7.50 € on Bricklink.
Finally, the minifig of the Joker (sh005) delivered in the set 6863 Batwing Battle Over Gotham City is also available for around € 8.00 on Bricklink.
So you have no excuse to get these magnets and give in to the different techniques that allow them to take off without damaging them too much ....
Obviously, buying on Bricklink is never easy when it comes to limiting shipping costs, but by researching carefully and consolidating your purchases, you should be able to find an acceptable compromise.
I proceeded in this way to acquire many minifigs from the Batman 2006-2008 range and I got off honorably by favoring European sellers, often more expensive than the Americans, but who apply reasonable shipping costs.
I already know that this information is not going to upset the world of AFOLs, the fault of the point of glue that LEGO has decided to put between the minifigs and the base of these Star Wars magnets.
We will just note that these 3 new packs of magnets are already available in Germany and a forumer of Steine Imperium posted a photo from the LEGOshop in Wiesbaden. We therefore find:
1 - Wicket (Ewok), Imperial V-Wing Pilot, Jar Jar Binks
2 - Luke Skywalker (Hoth), Emperor Palpatine, Imperial Officer
3 - ARF Trooper, Embo, Aurra Sing
Like probably most of you, I stopped spending my money on these magnets since the minifigs were stuck to their base ...
I know it won't matter much once LEGO unveils Nick Fury's minifigure and set, but speculation is rife about the SHIELD boss.
Today the rumor would tend to include Nick Fury in the set 6873 Spiderman's ™ Doc Ock ™ Ambush which we do not know at the moment, except that it will be marketed in the summer of 2012. Yet LEGO had indicated that Spider-Man would be based on the character said classic and not on a film version of the character: … The LEGO SUPER HEROES Marvel collection will spotlight three Marvel franchises - Marvel's The Avengers movie, and X-Men and Spider-Man classic characters…
Everything starts from the trailer (visible here on YouTube) of the Ultimate Spider-Man animated series produced by Marvel Animation and which will be released in April 2012 on Disney XD.
And in this trailer we find this image of Nick Fury speaking to Spider-Man:
We know that Spider-Man is one of the New Avengers, a post team Avengers disassembled consisting of two of the former Avengers Captain America and Iron Man, and Spider-Man, Spider-Woman, Wolverine, Luke Cage, Sentry, and Ronin. Spider-Man will remain a member of this same team after Civil War.
So is Nick Fury's presence in this animated series a clue to his presence in set 6873? I'll let you decide ...
