6858 Catwoman Catcycle City Chase

You're going to say I'm really bad omen, but here's one more problem that buyers of one of the sets from the 2012 LEGO Super Heroes line-up may face: Indeed, an EB forumer is already complaining that the slopes (61409 - Dark Bluish Gray Slope 18 2 x 1 x 2/3 with 4 Slots) of Batman's jetpack and the Catcycle all crack in one place after just a few days of use.

However, this is not a novelty, this piece shows a certain fragility and the set 6858 Catwoman Catcycle City Chase is not the only one affected by this problem. However, we can regret that this type of detail has gone through quality control at LEGO while the launch of this highly anticipated range should have been exempt. problems encountered so far.

9494 Anakin's Jedi Interceptor What we noticed on the first reviews of this set is confirmed: There is a problem with the alignment of the screen printing with the Nute Gunray minifigure, which is still annoying given the price of the set and the level of finish that we are entitled to expect ...

At least two reviews clearly show this screen printing problem: Huw's on brick set and that of ZoomZoom on Eurobricks. In either case, I am surprised to see very little reaction to this issue in the midst of Awesome! and other Amazing! usual ...

Regarding the presence of Nute Gunray and the Security Droid in this set, it is not a coincidence as shown the back of the box, and those who have seen theEpisode III: Revenge of the Sith will understand ... I give you a clue with the video below (edited by a fan so that Anakin's saber is red by the way, and the rendering is superb).

These are brand new videos that grogall posted on the Eurobricks forum and they are very well done. They come from the LEGO cache and feature the sets from the first Star Wars 2012 wave in beautiful, action-packed animations ... And these are in fact the videos that illustrate the products on the official website.

To view them go to the dedicated page: Animations SW 2012. Playback is automatic for all videos, but once finished you can restart playback by clicking on the animation.

LEGO Super Heroes DC Universe

As announced a few weeks ago when the space dedicated to the Super Heroes DC Universe range went online, the latter has just been update.

There is now a list of sets in the range, but also a space gathering the biographies of each character. Everything is well done but lacks a little content. We can bet that new sections will be added over the weeks with why not small games and animations featuring the different characters, such as the one on the home page of the space in question.

Logically, LEGO should soon put the same type of mini-site dedicated to the Marvel range online ...

LEGO Batman ™ 2: DC Super Heroes

LEGO has just officially announced the release of the LEGO Batman ™ 2: DC Super Heroes video game for the summer of 2012. Like the other games in the LEGO range, this one is developed by TT Games and produced by Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment. The game is clearly announced as the sequel to the previous game, LEGO Batman, sold over 11 million copies.

It will be available on all market platforms: Xbox 360®, PlayStation®3, Nintendo Wii ™, PC, Nintendo DS ™, Nintendo 3DS ™ and PlayStation®Vita.

On the program: Gotham City and a slew of DC super heroes with Batman and Robin joined by Superman, Wonder Woman and Green Lantern to face Lex Luthor and the Joker among others. We will find the vehicles seen in the sets of the Super Heroes DC Universe range such as the Batmobile or the Batwing. The press release also mentions the possibility of using new gadgets like the Batman's Power Suit or Robin's Hazard Cannon and new abilities like the ability to fly, super-breathing (super breath) and thermal vision.

In short, a classic announcement for a game awaited by fans but which should remain in line with the previous games that made the concept so successful. I would be sure to play it with my son, as split-screen play is especially enjoyable with LEGO products.
