The server that hosts the images of LEGO products has been updated and it is therefore an opportunity to discover the gallery of official visuals of the three sets of the LEGO DC Super Hero Girls range which will be on sale from December 1st. to USA.

After reflection, and even if I'm not a big fan of the mini-doll format used here and already present in the Friends, Disney Princess and Elves ranges, I find that these boxes still contain many pad printed parts or very stickers. interesting for the fan of the "classic" LEGO Super Heroes line that I am. I will have a hard time resisting ...

The range of sets commonly called "Modular Buildings"will celebrate its tenth anniversary in 2017. For the occasion, LEGO announces the set 10255 Assembly Square.

Despite an appellation that has fueled all possible and imaginable speculations over the past few weeks, it is more simply a small neighborhood of 4002 rooms full of more or less obvious tributes to the 11 boxes already sold in this range: 10182 Cafe Corner (2007), 10190 Market Street (2007) 10185 Green Grocer (2008), 10197 Fire Brigade (2009), 10211 Grand Emporium (2010), 10218 Pet Shop (2011), 10224 Town Hall (2012), 10232 Palace Cinema (2013), 10243 Parisian Restaurant (2014), 10246 Detective's Office (2015) et 10251 Brick Bank (2016).

The list of these micro-references disseminated in this set is available at this address in PDF format. The most obvious: The Tile from the LEGO Fan mom which represents the 10182 Café Corner set. The rest is just associations of ideas, shared construction techniques or similar colors.

No VIP preview for this box, marketing announced for January 1, 2017 on the LEGO Shop and in the LEGO Stores. Public price for France: 259.99 €.

Eight minifigs accompany the buildings provided: A dentist, a barista [coffee worker], a baker, a florist, an instrument store clerk, a dancer, a photographer, a young LEGO-loving mother and her baby. A parrot and a dog complete the whole thing.

Note the presence in this set of a 1x1 brick in a version with studs present only on two adjacent faces which should appeal to MOCeurs of all stripes and SNOT enthusiasts.

I have no precise information on the content of this free calendar, but beyond its main function, like the 2016 edition, it should contain some coupons to be presented at the cash desk on specific dates to obtain gifts or points VIP.
