But what makes the work of this MOCeur even more interesting is that the machine was designed using only parts from the set's inventory. 9496 Desert Skiff (213 pieces) released this summer.

After a few minutes of observation, I see once again that it is the minifigs that will make me invest in this set: A remake of the Penguin, Harley Quinzel, an updated Scarecrow and a Joker in prison outfit, that's fine with me.

For the rest, the building, or rather the facade, leaves me unmoved, but the prisoner transport van is quite nice.
