Nice teasing from LEGO on the facebook page dedicated to the manufacturer's board games. Moreover, by adding them to pricevortex, I noticed that LEGO had released a slew of board games in recent years and most of those boxes are still available for sale. To believe that it sells very well and that the concept of short games and simple rules appeals to younger people.

Regarding this visual, I could be wrong, but it seems obvious to me that it is the The Hobbit board game (reference 3920) which I had already told you about this summer and of which I give you the visual of the box below.

This is the first visual of the packaging of The Hobbit range to filter and it is the one of the set 79003 An Unexpected Gathering.

This set is intended for children aged 9 to 14 years according to LEGO ... This simple mention, even if it remains very anecdotal for many of us, reminds us that LEGO above all makes toys for the youngest and that this range is also intended for them. 

The packaging of the box uses the visual imposed for all products derived from this license. It's plush, well presented as is generally the case with LEGO and it will be a hit on the shelves ...

A MOC to end the evening with this Correlian Defender from the universe of Star Wars: The Old Republic. I really like the general look of this machine (see his file here) and this MOC from GlenBricker is a good representation of it.  

The MOCeur also announces that it designed this vessel taking as a scale reference the LEGO statuette delivered in various sets (reference 90398 Trophy Statuette Utensil on Bricklink), even if the functionalities are adapted to classic minifigs (as usual from LEGO ...).

The vessel is also equipped with a few functions that add to the overall playability (sliding openings, accessible cockpit, etc.). This MOC is the subject of a Cuusoo project, you can find out more about the project file in question or on the dedicated topic at Eurobricks.

The list of sets of the different LEGO ranges for 2013 is revealed a little more every day on Eurobricks et brick set. Today we learn that the ranges Galaxy squad et Lone Ranger are confirmed with 6 sets for each of them. About the range Super Heroes, 10 sets are announced. 18 references are mentioned for the range Legends of Chima.

The Minifigures Series 9 and 10 also have their 5-digit reference (71000 and 71001).
