LEGO The Hobbit - Bag End

And the first photos were posted by FBTB.
We discovered the official LEGO visual yesterday and these photos allow you to admire the interior of Bilbo Baggins' house a little closer.

Nothing to say, it's plush, well dressed, full of nice little details and the official price of $ 59.99 announced remains relatively reasonable given the fact that we are dealing with a licensed range.
Availability scheduled for December 1, 2012, two weeks before the official release of Peter Jackson's film.

SDCC 2012 - LEGO Super Heroes DC Exclusive Minifig - Bizarro

Little morning post to offer you the alternate faces of Bizarro and Phoenix (published by FBTB), two of the four ultra-exclusive minifigs distributed during San Diego Comic Con.

To come back in a few lines to the statement by FBTB concerning the ultra-exclusive nature of these minifigs which, according to them, should never be released in future sets of the LEGO Super Heroes range, I find it scandalous that this information, true or false besides, be given when we all know these minifigs are starting to end up for sale on eBay at incredibly high prices.

Indeed, we already find Shazam and Bizarro on sale for almost € 300 each and the rumor that there is no chance of getting these characters other than at Comic Con obviously fosters over-speculation on the part of those who were able to get them.

In 2011, we had hopes to find Batman, Green Lantern and Superman in future sets. This was the case for Superman, and we still hope that Batman in TDK version and Green Lantern will be entitled to a mainstream distribution this year ...

LEGO Star Wars - Rancor Pit

LEGO has revealed (by mistake, it seems ...) the first image of the Rancor Pit on its ow.ly account.

And it is rather a good surprise. It's clean, it fits under the Jabba's Palace of set 9516 and the Rancor is really a success. Bravo LEGO on this one.

Afterwards, depending on the price, we can ask ourselves whether such a set makes sense without the 9516. But in the meantime, the more I look at this Rancor, the more I tell myself that it is better than a figurine. of bricks.

LEGO The Hobbit - Bag End

As announced in the Comic Con festivities program by LEGO, the first set of the LEGO The Hobbit range is unveiled on the facebook page from the manufacturer.

It is undeniably very successful, well in the spirit of what many MOCeurs are offering on this type of topic currently. Suddenly, we appreciate the level of detail and the ingenious use of certain parts. After that, of course, you have to love green ...

The Tumbler - Instructions by _Tiler

I am obviously joking with this title which does not pay tribute to the gift that has just given us _Tile with the instructions of his Tumbler.

Throughout this post, I never stopped praising _Tiler for his impeccable work, and you will now be able to reproduce this MOC, inspired by the work of ZetoVince (whose instructions you will find on this post), but improved in particular as regards the solidity of the machine.

You can download the instructions I compiled for you in pdf format here: Custom Tumbler - _Tiler (13.5 MB)

If you are not (yet) familiar with the work of _Tiler have a look his flickr gallery, and take the opportunity to thank him if like me you were waiting for these instructions. It will undoubtedly please him ...

I specify that the pdf file was posted here with his agreement.
