lego education star wars ultimate lightsaber duelIn 2005, LEGO released several sets (7257, 7260, 7263 and 7261 in a first version later reissued without Mace Windu's light saber) with minifigs featuring LED light sabers, but after a few years the batteries powering these sabers lasers stop working, and many of us are wondering how to replace them without destroying the minifig ...

Fortunately LEGO no longer produces this type of minifig whose disassembly is not as easy as for the standard models.
The head, for example, cannot be removed.

In short, if you want to replace the batteries, you will have to be patient, and follow the video tutorial below.

I also want to thank all those who regularly come to visit me here, and who communicate the address around them.

It's always good to be able to share your passion with other French-speaking AFOLs internet users. I do not of course forget the visitors from Switzerland, Belgium, Quebec and Luxembourg, etc ......

postersmallYou have all seen this poster dating from 2009 celebrating the 10th anniversary of the LEGO Star Wars range, printed in 15.000 copies and numbered. Some were able to get it, others would like to.
Don't trust sellers from Thailand or Hong Kong trying to sell you on eBay a bad photocopy color of this collector's poster.
Even for a few euros, it's really too expensive to pay for a reproduction.
Either treat yourself to the original, there are still some for 20 or 30 euros on eBay, or you take advantage of my kindness, you download the high definition file, and you manage to get it printed.
So if you want to have fun download the file below:

legoideasbook
The last LEGO Ideas Book dates from 1997, and since nothing ... Except that DK Publishing has just announced a new opus of the same name, scheduled for August 2011.

Knowing that the publisher has accustomed us to pretty cool things, like the famous "LEGO Star Wars: The Visual Dictionary", the sympathetic"LEGO Star Wars Brickmaster"or the cult"THE LEGO Book", we can only welcome this upcoming release, like that of the highly anticipated" LEGO Star Wars Character Encyclopedia ".

Announced with 200 pages, this book will undoubtedly be part of my summer purchases.

Nothing more for now, the publisher has not yet officially communicated about this work.

2011A point on the minifigs that will contain the next sets Star Wars sets of June 2011 (Subject to modification).

In all, no less than 29 minifigs will join our collection, with a few new characters from the Clone Wars universe, some revisited classics, and the essential minifigs that we already have in our collection by the dozen.

Note the new design of Sebulba which should make us forget the scam of the set 7171, and a new minifigure of Padme, too underexploited so far.
In addition, the new Watto should significantly lower the indecent asking price on eBay or Bricklink for the minifig set 7186.
