LEGO today unveils a third set of what we can now call the LEGO Star Wars Diorama Collection : the reference 75339 Death Star Trash Compactor (802 pieces - 89.99 €) which takes up the principle of the stage perched on a display as the two other boxes unveiled by Amazon already do, the sets 75329 Death Star Trench Run (665 pieces - 59.99 €) and 75330 Dagobah Jedi Training (1000 pieces - 79.99 €).

These three sets are now referenced on the Shop and will be available from April 26, 2022 on the official online store and in LEGO Stores, we will talk about it until then with reviews dedicated to each of these three references. Note that two of these three sets can already be pre-ordered (75329 and 75330):

Better late than never. The publisher Huginn & Munnin, which handles the localization of LEGO works published by Dorling Kindersley (DK) via its QILINN collection, announces the arrival on the shelves of the French version of the book LEGO Star Wars Character Encyclopedia New Edition accompanied by the exclusive minifig of Darth Maul.

The original version of the book was published in 2020 and if you have waited hoping to see a French version of this non-exhaustive dictionary of minifigs from the LEGO Star Wars range come out one day with very large photos surrounded by some information and other anecdotes on the character concerned, your patience is finally rewarded.

Darth Maul is here in his Crimson Dawn version (Scarlet Dawn), named after the criminal organization of which he is the leader. We therefore find the pendant which takes up the logo of the organization on the tattooed chest of the character.

The 224-page book is sold at the public price of 24.99 €, the English version is still available for a little less:

Already available in Germany for several months, the new official LEGO Technic magazine published by Blue Ocean is now available in France. The first issue sold for €6.99 comes with the polybag 30465 Helicopter, a bag of 70 pieces that is otherwise available en masse on the secondary market for less than €4.

This first issue also seems to be more of a test than a real magazine launch: you have to make do with less than twenty pages, of which only twelve are devoted to editorial content. There is also a survey that should allow the publisher to decide on the future of this new thematic support. For the rest, the proposed content is aimed at young audiences, do not expect to find enough to satisfy your appetite for construction techniques.

In short, as it stands, this pilot issue sold for €6.99 is far from offering the level of content that one would hope for from a publication centered on the LEGO Technic universe. Let's hope that a second issue will come out one day with a few more pages, fewer disguised advertisements and a few articles addressing, for example, the basic principles of the range.

toujours thanks to Amazon, we discover today a large handful of official visuals of the LEGO Star Wars Diorama Collection set 75330 Dagobah Jedi Training who made a discreet appearance yesterday on one of the presentation visuals of the set 75329 Death Star Trench Run (665 pieces - 59.99 €).

This box of 1000 pieces which seems to me at first sight very successful but which we will talk about in more detail very soon will be available at the public price of 79.99 € from May 1st.

Note that these two new display products from the LEGO Star Wars range can now be pre-ordered at Amazon via this page and adding the two references directly to the basket.
