13/02/2011 - 22:56 Minifigure Series
The Complete Fifth Wave Collectible Minifigure Series was presented at Toy Fair 2011.

We can see the different characters and their accessories a little better.

Nothing to say, LEGO innovates and this 5th series is undoubtedly one of the best currently offered by the manufacturer.

The bags will be blue, as indicated a few weeks ago.
The only question we can ask ourselves: Which minifig will be the subject of speculation in this series from the Bricklink and eBay dealers, as with the elf on the current 3 series ......

12/02/2011 - 11:40 Lego news
The American LEGO Store Calendar for March 2011 is online and it brings us some interesting information, judge instead:
We see two new Star Wars keychains, Cad Bane Keychain (853116) & Boba Fett Keychain (853127) and above all a new series of 3 magnets with Anakin Skywalker, Talz and a Clone Pilot (853130).
The new Boba Fett is beautiful as far as we can judge from this image ...
As for the magnets, they will certainly be stuck and it will be necessary to use trickery to take off the base without destroying the minifigs.
Search this blog, I told you about it before and gave you a link to some solutions to this problem.
We also learn that the release of the LEGO Star Wars: The Clone Wars III game is scheduled for March 22, 2011.

08/02/2011 - 17:07 MOCs
Another really successful MOC with this Slave I in Midi Scale format, produced by Eichhorn.

The range of colors used is very faithful to the model that served as a reference, namely the set 8097 (Slav I).

The creator of this MOC has put several views of the result on the dedicated topic at Eurobricks.

The LDD file is also available via this RapidShare link, if you feel like reproducing it.

Seen on Eurobricks, this revisited version of the Landspeeder.

If it is not unanimous, it must be recognized that the SNOT realization is extremely well thought out.

The colors used are debatable, but the format and size respect the proportions of the reference model.
