New promotional offer on the LEGO Shop: The manufacturer offers a stationery set for wrapping gifts. The product titled 5006482 Holiday Gift Set is actually automatically added to the basket from 40 € of purchase.
According to the illustration visual, we get a paper bag, two wrapping sheets, decorated band to dress the gifts, two tags to add the name of the recipients, a card to put a little note and some stickers. Even if the decorative patterns are successful, LEGO manages to value the joke at 19.99 € which seems a bit excessive in view of the content.
The offer can obviously be combined with the one that currently allows you to obtain the LEGO set 40416 Ice Skating Rink (304 pieces) from 150 € of purchase.
Either way, it's free and if you have an order to place, that's always right. LEGO recalls in passing that if you want your sets to be under the tree, you will have to go to the cashier before December 17. After this date, you will not have any guarantee of receiving your order before December 24th.

We follow up with a new very nice set put into play on the occasion of the Hoth Bricks 2020 Advent calendar: the reference 43179 Mickey Mouse & Minnie Mouse Buildable Characters worth € 179.99. It's the ultimate gift to give to any self-respecting Disney fan, especially since Mickey and Minnie will never take their eyes off their shelves, even in the dark.
To validate your participation, all you have to do is identify yourself via the interface below and follow the instructions provided. As usual, it is a question of finding information on the official online store and then correctly answering the question asked. At the end of the participation phase, the winner will be chosen by drawing lots from among the correct answers.
Your contact details (name / nickname, email address, IP) are only used within the framework of this competition and will not be kept beyond the drawing of lots which will designate the winner. As usual, this no-obligation competition is open to all residents of mainland France, DOM & TOM, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
A big thank you to LEGO and to all the employees of the manufacturer who played the game by defending my cause once again with the decision makers to allow me to offer the series of pretty sets brought into play at the end of the year. The prize will be sent to the winner by me and by Colissimo, followed with insurance and signature on delivery (and suitable packaging) as soon as their contact details are confirmed by return email.
As always, I reserve the right to disqualify any participant who has attempted to defraud or hijack the entry system in order to increase their chances of winning. Hateful and bad losers to abstain, the others will have more chances to win.
Good luck to everyone !
Note: If you choose to identify yourself in the participation interface via facebook, be aware that in the event of a win, the personal information (name / first name / photo) linked to your account will be displayed in the widget.
Good news for fans who were desperate to get the new Battery Box Powered Up so far only supplied as part of the LEGO Technic set 42113 Bell Boeing V-22 Osprey, a box whose marketing has in principle never taken place but which is negotiated on the secondary market at indecent prices: This new battery box which allows two motors to be controlled via the integrated selectors will be available for sale at the 'unit. 6 AA batteries will be required.
The Polish brand Bonito Reference this product at the public price of 159.99 zlotys, or around 36 €. This Battery Box is currently not listed on the official online store which only offers the Hub Powered Up 88012 with its 4 ports and Bluetooth connectivity at the retail price of € 79.99.
A reminder for those who have not activated this promotional offer: Paypal currently pays 20 € in cashback from three purchases made on a selection of brands among which LEGO, Ticketmaster et FNAC.
The mechanics of this interesting offer are simple: You activate the offer on your Paypal account, you place three orders of at least € 30 with selected merchants (you can mix), you obviously pay for these orders by Paypal, and you cash out 20 € which are paid directly to your Paypal account. The offer is limited to the first 30.000 participations and is valid until December 31st.
(Thanks to David for the alert)

If you want to bring a touch of originality to Winter village which serves as a nursery and which you have on hand some sets from the LEGO Star Wars range, LEGO offers four "alternative" models to assemble using part of the reference inventory 75272 Sith TIE Fighter, 75273 Poe Dameron's X-Wing Fighter, 75280 501st Legion Clone Troopers et 75286 General Grievous's Starfighter.
The result obtained is more or less successful depending on the models but these alternative constructions proposed as part of the annual charitable campaign #BuildToGive should easily find their place in the snowy streets of your diorama.
For those who would like to get a little more involved and make their contribution to this charitable initiative, you just need to build something, take a photo of your creation and then share it on social networks with the hashtag #BuildToGive. For each creation shared, LEGO commits to donate a set through its network of partner charities.
