Some details from LEGO about the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes polybag containing a version of Electro based on the movie The Amazing Spider-Man 2, which is currently trading for over a hundred dollars on eBay:

LEGO confirms that this polybag has been produced in approximately 100.000 copies.

It will be offered in Toys R Us stores in the USA during an upcoming promotional campaign.

These two pieces of information are sufficient to estimate that the selling price of this bag on eBay or Bricklink will drop significantly as soon as it becomes available in mass.
