Indeed, the Belgian newspaper The Latest News  launches from September 15, 2012 a cycle of 10 weeks during which the newspaper will be sold (1.95 €) accompanied by LEGO polybags (City & Friends). Each polybag will contain a unique code that must be entered on the operation site and which will allow you to win a trip to LEGOland or one of the 100 LEGO City boxes in play.

Another summer review of a polybag, and this time it's 30162 Quinjet that it is. It is a good idea for LEGO to reproduce in mini size or tiny or micro (It's as you want ...) this machine seen in The Avengers and which was entitled to its LEGO System version in the set 6869 Quinjet Aerial Battle (available for 62 € on amazon.it).

For once, the transition to the mini format is quite successful, the lines of the ship are there, and we really have the impression of being entitled to a miniature version of the System version.

This polybag is not yet available for sale on Bricklink or eBay, so we will have to wait to get it. It makes you wonder where Artifex gets all these exclusives now ... I see you coming, don't make me say what I didn't say ....

artist offers on its YouTube channel the video reviews of 3 of the current Star Wars polybags, namely: 30059 MTT, 30056 Star Destroyer and 30058 STAP. Below is the video of the 30059 MTT, and without going into ecstasies about this mini-MTT, I still find it a good face.

Note that it is possible to obtain the complete series of these sets on eBay, and in particular in Japanese format gashpon (Coin operated machines dispensing toys wrapped in plastic balls). EBay seller located in Germany requires about sixty euros (including delivery costs to France) to obtain the 4 balls containing the 3 sets mentioned above plus the 30053 Republic Attack Cruiser.

This polybag distributed in particular as part of the Sun promotion in May 2012 is available for a few euros on bricklink, and it would be a shame to miss it. The minifig is very interesting and the jetski brings a bit of playability to the whole.
