If we are to believe the latest current rumor, a LEGO Disney Princess theme in System is expected to hit the shelves at your favorite stores in 2014.

This theme is already used by LEGO since it is available in the format DOUBLE since 2012.

Not much is known about the LEGO adaptation of this new Disney license except that the minifigures in this new theme should be similar to the mini dolls from the Friends range.

While things are gnawing at YouTube, Twitter, Cuusoo and a few blogs or forums that have pledged allegiance to the Queen of Bricks, let's get back to the rumors about the new features planned for 2014.

In bulk, Brick owl announcement for 2014, without specifying the format, a Mini Cooper, which could end up in a simple polybag or in a more serious set in line with the set 10220 Volkswagen T1 Camper Van released in 2011. Note that LEGO has an agreement with the BMW group, which now produces the Mini range, and that a first polybag clearly displaying the collaboration between the two brands is already announced for this year under the reference 40200 (Click here).

Two sets of the Architecture range are also planned if these rumors are to be believed: The "Marina Bay Sands"a spectacular" Sands "franchise hotel (Las Vegas, Macau) located in Singapore which won the annual LEGO competition"Vote & Inspire Us"will arrive at the end of 2013.

The Eiffel Tower, just that, will join the Architecture range during the first quarter of 2014. Do not expect a set of the 10181 template released in 2007 with its 3248 pieces, this is the architecture range.

It will perhaps be the occasion for me to offer myself a first and undoubtedly unique set of this range which does not really attract me. But the Eiffel Tower, you can't refuse ...

We take the same ones and start again in 2014 with these four sets from the LEGO DC Universe Super Heroes range, a priori inspired by the new animated series Beware The Batman and scheduled for the start of the year. The list with a brief description was posted on Eurobricks:

76010 The Penguin Face off : Batman, The Penguin, 2 x Robot Penguin Henchmen (Henchmen), a jetski and a floating penguin.

76011 Man-Bat Attack : Batman, Robin (or Nightwing) and Man-Bat, a Bat-Helicopter or a submarine.

76012 The Riddler Chase : Batman, The Riddler, Flash and a Batmobile (The set was presented at the last Comic Con, see these articles).

76013 The Joker Steam Roller : 5 minifigs including Batman, Robin and the Joker, with a jet for Batman and a very colorful device for the Joker.

Whatever we think of the set 21102 LEGO Minecraft released in 2012 and which had more than 10.000 supporters in less than 48 out of Cuusoo, it must be admitted that this is a real commercial success for LEGO. The first edition of 10.000 copies quickly sold out, and it took many weeks to see a new restocking meet the huge demand.

And it seems that LEGO is not done yet with the variation in construction toy of this game which fascinates many people ... This is the site kockamania.hu which announces that two new boxes on this theme should be released soon with the references 21105 and 21106.

Nothing official yet, but the site in question is reliable and known for its first-hand information. We already know that the reference 21104 should be attributed to the set inspired by the DeLorean project resulting from the license Back to the Future (Back to the Future) which was also very successful on Cuusoo.

It remains to try to guess what will contain the box of set 21103 ... Without doubt one of the projects currently being evaluated by the Cuusoo team.

On this subject, the visual below was recently published on the Cuusoo blog. It allows to situate in time the various projects having reached the 10.000 supporters and which are therefore in the evaluation phase. It's up to you to try to guess which of the 2012 ones will end up on the shelves of your favorite LEGO Store or the LEGO Shop under the reference 21103.

The info comes from the blog All About Bricks, generally reliable and very knowledgeable. The person who runs this blog seems to have a special relationship with LEGO, and I sometimes even wonder if ...

In short, this blog announces the end of the LEGO Games range as well as the cancellation of the next three boxes initially planned for this year and presented with great fanfare at the last Toy Fair: 50003 Batman, 50004 Story Mixer et 50006 Legends of Chima. The box 50011 The Battle of Helm's Deep, also expected this year, is not mentioned in the article published on the blog.

The choice to stop this range of board games which allow short games and whose rules are accessible to the youngest would be due to a significant drop in sales.

Yet different sources confirm that some of these new references have been seen on sale in several stores, especially in Germany.

For its part, amazon had posted these references online before removing them a few weeks ago. But this was also the case for all the novelties of the second half of the year, no doubt put online too early by the juggernaut of online sales.

This information has not yet been officially confirmed by LEGO, so it is advisable to wait for a possible announcement from the manufacturer.

For my part, I only bought a few licensed boxes as the references 3920 The Hobbit et 3866 Battle of Hoth to add them to my collection more than to play with. I do know, however, that my son regularly plays with a friend of his with the box 3856 Ninjago. I also know to see her recurrently in birthday snacks as the reference 3844 Creationary is undoubtedly one of the bestsellers in the prolific range developed by LEGO.
