The Suicide Squad trailer is online, and this film brings together a nice bunch of crazy super-villains: Harley Quinn, the Joker, Katana, Enchantress, Captain Boomerang, Killer Croc, Deadshot, etc ...
Beyond the film itself, which I'm impatiently awaiting, I wonder if LEGO has some sets in its boxes to accompany its release, scheduled for summer 2016.
Certainly, LEGO has produced minifigs of the Joker or Harley Quinn in the past, but the bias of David Ayer, the director of the film, seems to me here far too dark for the intended audience of LEGO. I also have difficulty seeing LEGO using the title of the film as it stands: The title "Suicide Squad"on a LEGO box intended for children?
However, we are not immune to a series of derivative products based on the versions of the characters seen in comics, LEGO video games or the various DC animated series to accompany the film's release and take advantage of the buzz around characters in question. Any new DC Comics character is also in my opinion good to take ...
