The LEGO Architecture set 21037 LEGO House is now reappearing on the official online store. This is not the first time that this box of 770 pieces has been available, it had already been briefly offered for sale in April/May 2020.
Its public price remains unchanged at €49.99 and for those who don't know, it was initially a product sold exclusively in the LEGO House store in Billund.
Notice to the stunned and latecomers, the LEGO Architecture set 21037 LEGO House is again available for pre-order on the official online store with a shipping date now announced for June 25th.
Customer service is currently promising some of those who managed to order a copy three weeks ago that they will be delivered around June 15.
Still don't look for references 40366 LEGO House Dinosaurs et 4000026 Tree of Creativity on the French version of the official online store, they are still only sold online in Denmark, the United Kingdom and Ireland.

As announced, the LEGO Architecture set 21037 LEGO House is now available on the official online store at a price of 49.99 € (54.99 € in Belgium ...) / 64.90 CHF. Orders awaiting replenishment are accepted. Item will ship by June 16, 2020.

As also announced, the references 40366 LEGO House Dinosaurs et 4000026 Tree of Creativity are only sold online in Denmark, UK and Ireland. If you have contacts in these geographical areas, now is the time to contact them: the official online store only delivers in the country of origin of the order.
Some of you may have noticed that the set 21037 LEGO House, an exclusive from the official store located in the LEGO House in Billund, made a very short appearance online in the LEGO Shop a few minutes ago before disappearing.
The box was put on sale for 49.99 €, but it is not really known if this is a technical error or a real desire on the part of LEGO to distribute this product online.
If you have succeeded in ordering during the few minutes of availability of the set, do not hesitate to tell us in the comments if your order has been validated. And for what it's worth, watch the page dedicated to the product because you never know, the set could come back without warning even if the links now only return to an empty page:
The German version of LEGO site dedicated to the Architecture range has been updated and we discover the sheet of the set 21037 LEGO House. It is therefore the occasion to obtain some visuals which allow to discover a little more about this representation of the sanctuary dedicated to plastic bricks located in the heart of Billund which will open its doors to the public on September 28th.
It appears that this set is only sold in the LEGO Store at the LEGO House. I inquired on my side and it should be possible to acquire it online as a second step. Nothing really official yet, but I'm confident ...
In the meantime, don't worry, many stores on Bricklink or eBay will load quickly, for a comfortable margin on the sale price, to save you the trip to Billund.
