This is the deal of the week at LEGO, but it's not really LEGO: To celebrate the film's 40th anniversary Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, the manufacturer offers a pack of three collectible cards in the 12x15 format (ref. Lego 5006254). Each envelope contains two cards inspired by scenes from the film and one random card featuring your choice of Boba Fett or a TIE Fighter pilot.

The offer applies from 55 € / 60 CHF purchase of products from the LEGO Star Wars range and is valid until June 30, 2020.

We could have hoped for better to celebrate the 40 years of the Eepisode V at LEGO, even a simple polybag ...

Notice to all fans of the Marvel universe who want to expand Tony Stark's lab of the set 76125 Iron Man Hall of Armor marketed since 2019, LEGO will be offering a small extension of 258 pieces this summer compatible with the existing construction under the reference 76167 Iron Man Armory (29.99 €).

Many fans have not waited for LEGO to finally decide to offer us an "official" extension of the initial playset and the creations of fans are legion with for some of the impressive showrooms which often serve as storage space for the slew of armor already available.

No duplication in the armor provided in the two sets even if the version of Iron Man delivered in this box is identical to that present in other sets of this year, a Mark 2, a minifig of Tony Stark (with the Owen Grady t-shirt but we'll do with it), the hot rod, four storage modules 100% compatible with those of set 76125, a few accessories, everything is there to make this new little box a real extension and not a version simplified from the existing playset.

The villainous Outriders of set 76125 are here replaced by two AIM agents to respect the forces present in the 2020 version of the range, vaguely inspired by the Marvel's Avengers video game, the release of which is expected for the next school year. There are indeed other copies of these agents under the orders of MODOK in boxes already marketed or to come: 76164 Iron Man Hulkbuster Versus AIM Agent, 76166 Avengers Tower Battle, 76142 Avengers Speeder Bike Attack, 76143 Avengers Truck Takedown, 76153 Helicarrier et 40418 Falcon & Black Widow Team-Up.

Today we are talking about the three new boxes of the LEGO Technic range planned for this summer with a slew of official visuals put online by the Swiss brand. meinspielzeug.ch.

This is therefore an opportunity for fans of the LEGO Technic universe to discover the content of these three sets as well as all of their functionalities a little more closely.

As planned, the Volvo dumper in set 42114 will be motorized via elements of the Control + ecosystem (3 motors and a Smart Hub) and controllable from the dedicated application. The tiltrotor plane will be delivered with an engine, but it will be necessary to be satisfied with the selectors integrated in the new Battery Box Powered Up and the machine's functionalities will therefore not be activated via the Control + application.

LEGO today officially unveils a new box, the reference 40501 The Wooden Duck, which will be exclusively marketed from June 22 in the store of the LEGO House located in Billund. Public price: 599 DKK or around 80 €.

This box of 621 pieces, the first in a new series of sets entitled LEGO House Limited Editions which will showcase significant products in the history of the LEGO Group, features a reproduction of the wooden toy manufactured and marketed in the 30s by the founder of the LEGO group, Ole Kirk Christiansen.

It should be noted that LEGO only sold wooden toys between 1932 and 1947 before offering an assortment of products also including plastic toys and then permanently withdrawing wooden products from its catalog in the 60s.
