A new polybag from the LEGO The Hobbit range is being offered for sale by Toys R Us (USA) at a rate of $ 4.99.
He's a pretty nice Elf, although I regret that the two shades of green between the chest and the hood don't really match ...
This polybag is not yet available on bricklink ou eBay, but that will obviously not be long in coming.
