For 5.99 €, you actually get the figurine that was delivered in 2018 in the set 76097 Lex Luthor Mech Takedown (406 pieces - 44.99 €) with Batman, Wonder Woman, Firestorm and Cheetah.

The set in question is still on sale at Amazon for just over € 30, so it's up to you to see if you only need Lex Luthor or if the other minifigs delivered in this box seem essential.

We now know the exclusive minifig that will accompany the new version of the Visual Dictionary LEGO Ninjago: This is Sensei Wu in his younger years.

This 128-page book, which is an updated version of the previous edition published in 2014, will be available next September at amazon.

In 2014, it was Zane's minifigure in version Rebooted that came with the first edition of Visual Dictionary. It was not then exclusive to the work and the publisher indicated that it was simply a Limited Edition. It could indeed be found in a set released the same year (70726 Destructoid).

This new minifigure is well presented as exclusive, so it should not end up in any of the future sets in the LEGO Ninjago range.

Inside this book you will find as usual a recap of what the LEGO Ninjago range offers with facts and anecdotes, interviews with designers, etc ...

No French version in sight for the moment.

The new edition of the LEGO Star Wars Visual Dictionary is now available and it allows us to get an exclusive minifig of Finn in the version Bacta Suit view in The Last Jedi.

The minifig is very successful and this is the only interest of this book which is presented as an update of previous editions. The problem: the cover of this 160-page book filled with official visuals and facts highlights the logo celebrating the 20th anniversary of the LEGO Star Wars range but the five boxes marketed for the occasion are not present ... You have to be content with a small insert indicating that LEGO has planned something to celebrate that and that's it. For the rest, the selection of sets stops at the first wave 2019.

We will console ourselves with the minifigure provided while waiting for the next update in 2024 ...

The clothe Bacta Suit de Finn is very well done with the character's skin that appears under the plastic parts of the suit. The color of the skin of the torso matches that of the head and I just regret that the arms are not pad printed to really match the outfit seen in the film.

The nice detail: the alternate face of the character in sleep mode which will offer some possibilities to fans of dioramas who would like to stage this minifigure.

For those who are wondering, the plastic insert inserted in the cover of the book is neither sealed nor maintained via a sticker. It can be opened and closed to remove the minifig and store it without damaging everything.

The book is currently available for just under 20 € at amazon. If you want to complete your collection with the different editions published so far and in the process grab two Luke minifigs, it's always possible:

Publisher Scholastic announces a new 128-page activity book featuring different characters from the LEGO DC Super Heroes universe.

To accompany the book, a minifig of Cheetah, a character delivered in 2018 in the set 76097 Lex Luthor Mech Takedown alongside Batman, Lex Luthor, Wonder Woman and Firestorm.

The minifig provided here is therefore neither new nor exclusive, but I know that there are ultra-complete collectors who will not be able to do without this book and its insert with this minifig, here delivered with a spear.

The arrival of new LEGO Jurassic World sets will be an opportunity for publishers of various and varied books on the same theme to put the cover back. As of September 5, Scholastic will be offering a 144-page book accompanied by an Owen Grady minifigure and a micro-dino.

Owen's minifigure delivered here is neither new nor exclusive, it is the one seen in the sets 10757 Raptor Rescue Truck, 75926 Pteranodon Chase et 75930 Indoraptor Rampage at Lockwood Estate.

The green micro-dino is already available in the sets 75931 Dilophosaurus Outpost Attack, 75933 T. rex Transport, in the exclusive minifig pack featuring the reference 5005255 and in the polybag 30382 Baby Velociraptor Playpen.

In short, not enough to take out the portfolio for this activity book (in English) unless you do not yet have the two characters in question.
