We can dream, right?
Paul "Sariel", a 29-year-old MOCeur Technic from Poland who is no longer presented, offers a MOC which obviously speaks to me more than public works vehicles or tanks: A motorized and radio-controlled Tumbler.
MOCeur explains in detail on his website the various technical challenges that he had to meet to achieve the result that you can discover in the video below. Front suspensions, reinforcement of the front part of the chassis, steering system of the front wheels, problems posed by the design of the Tumbler itself with angles not very Catholic to reproduce, etc ...
Anyway, I don't know anything about Technic, but I bet that those who are interested will take the trouble to read what Sariel writes about his MOC.
The others will do like me: They will drool in front of the video.
In the series "I take a toy and I do the same in LEGO to please my son or my daughter", Bruce lowell is also present with this reproduction of the Batman in vinyl from the POP Heroes range (Funko).
They will end up (re) launching a fashion for us with these reproductions of existing toys or board games in LEGO .... Someone for one Nutty Doctor or a 4 power ?
Until December 16, 2012, Toys R Us offers you the Planet Series set 9676 TIE Interceptor & Death Star for 40 € of purchases of LEGO Star Wars products carrying the offer.
I don't know if this promotion is valid in stores, but it applies to the entire LEGO Star Wars range offered on toysrus.com.
Note that on Thursday, December 6, Toys R Us renews the operation 2 products purchased, the 3rd offered (the cheapest of the three) in store.
Click on the image to access the section LEGO Star Wars at Toys R Us.
(Thanks to Mathieu for his email)
Here is an example of what gives the command that I have just placed on amazon.de for sets from The Hobbit range.
The prices charged are already much lower than those offered by LEGO on the LEGO Shop and we must also deduct the 20% discount offered by amazon.de until December 5 (i.e. tomorrow ...)
This discount is applied immediately before payment and the five sets available therefore cost me 215.61 € including postage instead of 285.45 € on the LEGO Shop.
You have a few hours left to take advantage of this 20% discount valid on the entire LEGO range.
(Click on the prices of the sets to access their sheet on amazon.de)
