Let's take advantage of this beautiful weekend without preliminary photos or rumors to talk about what we do not know in France: The LEGOland parks ...
Two news on the program, which probably do not interest many people here, but as it is LEGO news, I do talk about it briefly:
The opening on September 6, 2012 of a Star Wars miniland in the LEGOland park located in Florida. 2000 models including a Millennium Falcon of more than 19.000 pieces are presented in 7 spaces reproducing scenes from the six films of the saga but also from the animated series The Clone Wars. (see the press release)
If you want to see what a Star Wars miniland looks like here are a few pages dedicated to the different spaces of Billund's:
Star Wars MiniLand - LEGOLAND Billund - Episode I The Phantom Menace - Naboo
Star Wars MiniLand - LEGOLAND Billund - Episode II Attack of the Clones - Geonosis
Star Wars MiniLand - LEGOLAND Billund - Episode III Revenge of the Sith - Kashyyk
Star Wars MiniLand - LEGOLAND Billund - Episode IV A New Hope - Tatooine
Star Wars MiniLand - LEGOLAND Billund - Episode V The Empire Strikes Back - Hoth
Star Wars MiniLand - LEGOLAND Billund - Episode VI Return Of The Jedi - Endor
Star Wars MiniLand - LEGOLAND Billund - The Clone Wars - Christophsis
Also in the news, the official opening today September 15, 2012 of the sixth park LEGOland located this time in Malaise.
No LEGOland park in France, no current project to my knowledge. It remains to be hoped that with the brand's recent interest in our country through the upcoming opening of several official stores, LEGO may one day consider offering us this type of amusement park. After all, Disney has come, why not LEGO ...
(Thanks to Simon aka Sky Karrde for Star wars universe for his email)
Regularly, I see the most recent photos of these Star Wars minifigs pass on flickr and each time I tell myself that what this obviously gifted AFOL does in photography is quite remarkable.
He meticulously immortalizes each of the minifigs in his collection and catalogs all of this in a flickr album. Each new photo is one more element that grows larger this giant poster that Vincent "Studio68fr"proposes in an updated version in April 2012. New thumbnails having been added since that date, I have no doubt that this poster will be completed soon.
Take a walk on his flickr gallery and enjoy yourself with this giant poster. If you're like me, you'll spend a few long minutes scrolling through the minifigs in question ...
The information comes to us fromEurobricks or a member announces the release of a Western range based on the film Lone Ranger which is scheduled for release in France in August 2013. Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter are in the cast of this film produced by Walt Disney Pictures.
If we are to believe the information posted by this apparently very well-informed forumer (He has already communicated several information on other ranges which have proved to be correct), the release of the licensed sets of this range is scheduled for April 2013 with 6 sets, including 1 large, 3 medium and 2 smaller.
We will have to wait a little longer to have confirmation of the existence of this range, but Western fans must no doubt already be delighted to find some cowboys mounted on the new horses ...
It's confirmed, the LEGO City Undercover game for Wii U will be delivered, for those who have pre-ordered it, with an exclusive minifig, which should vary according to the merchants concerned: Chase Mc Cain is confirmed in this video presentation from the console and kotaku.com announces the exclusive Rex Fury minifigure, the villain of the game with some pre-orders.
The game is currently available for pre-order on amazon.fr at a price of 69.99 € (The price is adjusted by Amazon if it drops before the actual release of the game).
Below is the new trailer for the game.
It's the video game bonus party LEGO Lord of the Rings at EB Games, Australian subsidiary of GameStop.
On the menu, for any pre-order of the game in XBOX 360 or PS3 version: Elrond's minifig, activation of the character in version 2nd age in-game, as well as five other characters to activate: Smeagol, Prince Imrahil, Sauron (2nd age), Beregond and Théodred.
For the other versions (Wii, PS Vita, PC, Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo DS): Elrond's minifig and the activation of the character in version 2nd age in the game.
None of this with us for the moment, except the Collector's version of the game (PS3) available pre-order exclusively at amazon.de with Elrond's minifigure.
