After a voting phase which will have allowed fans to vote for the book they would like to see published among three pre-selected proposals, it is now the turn of the crowdfunding campaign which will allow the book that won, The Secret Life of LEGO Bricks, to be launched on the specialized Unbound platform.
You will have to be very patient to get this book presented as a product. Direct-to-Consumer specially intended for AFOLs: the crowdfunding campaign will be active until 2021 and it will be necessary to wait until spring 2022 to receive the book and the "exclusive rewards" offered by LEGO including the sets 40501 The Wooden Duck, 21037 The LEGO House, 4000026 Tree of Creativity or 40366 LEGO House Dinosaurs.
The book alone will cost you the modest sum of € 70 to which must be added € 18.14 for delivery costs. If you choose to associate it with one of the proposed "rewards", the prices soar and become truly surreal ...
Each participant in the fundraising campaign will have their name printed on the back of this book which will be written by Daniel Konstanski and published by AMEET, a publisher usually more specialized in publishing activity books for young fans.
If you don't mind waiting a year and a half to receive the thing, you can take out your credit card and help fund it. at this address.
