LEGO has just unveiled the next two sets inspired by the Minecraft franchise designed in partnership with Mojang, the Swedish publisher of the game who had already collaborated with LEGO during the production in 2012 of the first set of the mini-range (21102). 

It is therefore indeed two small boxes each recreating a game environment and some characters well known to fans (21105 The Village on the left in the image above, 21106 The Nether on the right).

The two mini-sets (Dimensions 7.6 x 7.6 x 7.6 cm) will be officially presented during Comic Con.

Availability scheduled for September 1, 2013 for $ 34.99 per box.

As one might expect, LEGO will decline in ABS plastic the characters, their vehicles and their accessories that we will have the opportunity to discover at the cinema in 2014 in the first "real" movie soberly titled LEGO The LEGO Movie and directed by the Phil Lord & Chris Miller tandem.

No less than 17 sets based on the film universe are announced by LEGO with various environments: City, western, space, etc ...

The collectible minifig series will have a special movie-dedicated edition with 16 characters available.

Also on the menu, derivative products of all kinds (Watches, bags, clothes, books published in particular by DK, etc.) as well as a video game inspired by the film with 90 playable characters over 15 levels.

I remind you that this film, which is not in real stop-motion but based on digital effects perfectly reproducing the result obtained in stop-motion, will tell us the story of Emmet, a banal type and without stories that finds himself drawn in spite of himself into incredible adventures in which he will have to face a terrible villain and save the world. As usual what.

In the US casting for the voices: Will Ferrel, Will Arnett, Chris Pratt, Elisabeth Banks, Liam Neeson and Morgan Freeman.

You dreamed it, LEGO did it.

Flash arrives (on foot) in official version in January 2014 in the set Batman 76012 The Riddler Chase (304 pieces, retail price US $ 29.99) with Batman, The Riddler, a Batmobile and a hotrod.

No screen printing on Flash's legs, as is the case in the LEGO Batman 2 DC Super Heroes Unite video game. The print on the minifig's torso also looks noticeably different from the in-game version.

Above is the only available image currently posted by USA Today, but we'll see this set in detail when San Diego Comic Con opens on Wednesday.

It took more than 4 months to this Cuusoo project from Nuju Metru to reach the 1000 supporters and obtain a (laconic) comment from the LEGO team:

"... Behold, the White City in all its glory! You don't have to be Boromir to appreciate the beauty of this model and its modular design. Lord of the Rings fans of all ages can enjoy assembling and reenacting the largest battle of the third age. Nicely done! ..."

In essence, the model is cool, modular, allows fans to replicate the location and the battle that goes with it, well done!

It's short, we do not get at this stage a constructive opinion on the feasibility of the project, but we will probably have to wait a few more months and the threshold of 5000 supporters to obtain something other than a short statement, certainly enthusiastic but not really detailed.

If you want to see this project to go a little further, do not deprive yourself of making your contribution (no pun intended ...) by voting. Every voice counts.
