It took more than 4 months to this Cuusoo project from Nuju Metru to reach the 1000 supporters and obtain a (laconic) comment from the LEGO team:

"... Behold, the White City in all its glory! You don't have to be Boromir to appreciate the beauty of this model and its modular design. Lord of the Rings fans of all ages can enjoy assembling and reenacting the largest battle of the third age. Nicely done! ..."

In essence, the model is cool, modular, allows fans to replicate the location and the battle that goes with it, well done!

It's short, we do not get at this stage a constructive opinion on the feasibility of the project, but we will probably have to wait a few more months and the threshold of 5000 supporters to obtain something other than a short statement, certainly enthusiastic but not really detailed.

If you want to see this project to go a little further, do not deprive yourself of making your contribution (no pun intended ...) by voting. Every voice counts.

LEGO has just unveiled the official visuals of the Cuusoo 21103 Back to the Future Time Machine set via Eurobricks.

401 pieces, 2 minifigs (Marty McFly and Doc Emmet Brown), and a DeLorean which is not unanimous among fans. But I'm already predicting that the set will be out of stock a few hours after it hits the LEGO Shop ...

Availability scheduled for July 18 on the LEGO Shop. No info yet about the official rate for France at the time of writing.

To be reserved for collectors who have room in their living room because the thing is 124.5 cm long and weighs about 3.5 kg.

Briqu'Expo Diemoz 2013, this is the back-to-school event for LEGO fans!

The exhibition will take place on September 14 and 15 in Diemoz (20 km east of Lyon) and many talented exhibitors have already confirmed their presence to take you on a journey into the world of super heroes! The weekend promises to be unforgettable for all LEGO fans, young and old.

On this occasion, a competition open (really) to all will allow you to come and present your creations and try to win a LEGO Super Heroes box offered by Brick Heroes. Read the rules and the theme of the competition carefully!

The exhibition is jointly organized by FreeLUG, BaB and the association Le sou des écoles.
