Sandyman's Mill by TheBrickAvenger

The place might not ring a bell to you, but Ted Sandyman's Watermill is definitely present in Hobbiton: It stealthily appears in theExtended Edition first episode of the Lord of the Rings trilogy (The Fellowship of the Ring) when Gandalf arrives in Hobbiton to celebrate Bilbo's birthday: The old magician walks over a bridge with Frodo and the Sandyman's Mill is at, the exit of the bridge on the right (See screenshot below).
