artist has uploaded his video review of the 71006 The Simpsons House set, made in the clean and fluid style that he has made his trademark.

I'm not sure if you should spend 11 minutes of your life watching this entire video (turn off the sound, it'll be better ...), but it's still an opportunity to discover the house of the Simpson family from every angle.

Those who wanted this set already have it, those who have decided to ignore it will not change their mind, and the few who are still hesitant, especially because of the price of the box (199.99 €), can possibly let themselves be convince by this video.

As some of you may have noticed, the 71006 The Simpsons House set is available for sale to VIP customers.

The retail price is 199.99 €, shipping is free, and don't expect this set to land quickly at Amazon at half price.

The purchase of this box earns you 199 VIP points, i.e. a reduction of € 10 on a future order. LEGO has introduced a limit of 2 boxes per customer / household.

In view of the license concerned, rather expect a rapid rupture of this box ...

The set will be available to all LEGO Shop customers on February 1.

Note that VIP customers can get 50 additional points until January 31 on sets 79104 The Shellraiser Street Chase (69.99 €) and 10937 Arkham Asylum Breakout (169.99 €).

No doubt taken aback by the publication of photos of the box, LEGO has just officially announced the 71006 The Simpsons House set, the retail price of which will be € 199.99. Available February 1, 2014. Mini-figs in sachet are announced for the month of May.

LEGO had just made The Simpsons license official by hinting at the marketing of a single set and a series of 16 collectible minifigs: "...Building Set and Minifigure Series Based on the Popular Show Available Beginning February 2014 ...".

In its press release, LEGO also indicates that these products accompany the release in May 2014 of a special episode of the animated series combining LEGO and Simpsons. (Official press release available at this address)
